'Quilting- thru- the- nite'

The Golden Threads quilting group is taking the finishing of the freemotion sampler quilts rather serious and on Friday, 26 February 2010, they all came to my house to get in an all-night quilting session.  It is lovely to see how each one is making slow but steady progress..... counting their blocks as they finish yet another one.

At first the blocks do not look like much but the moment the sashing and corner blocks are brought closer one gets the bigger picture and I am rather excited to see the results. I can see a couple of neat quilts finished soon!!
