I have started walking daily again with a friend. I am trying to lose some of the weight I gained over the winter, and she saw a beautiful dress available only in a size smaller than she normally wears; she bought it and is determined to fit into it this summer.
This quilter, from out of town, asked to book a time in July but waited for an opportunity to come to our city, which came up last week. She delivered this quilt with flamingo prints as the focal point of each block.
The quilt is for a granddaughter.
